Handle customer complaints and returns in accordance with the complaint management process
Perform quality checks and carry out appropriate corrective actions
Monitor open orders to ensure deliveries reach the customer on time
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
Preferably initial professional experience in customer service/inside sales; alternatively experience in logistics, supply chain or field sales
Excellent written and spoken Italian, English and German are required
Experience with SAP is an advantage
Experience with Salesforce.com is desirable but not mandatory
Good to very good Excel skills
Strong self-organization, ability to work independently and set priorities; willingness and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks and a positive attitude
