Medasource is a company seeking a Project Manager for Training and Enablement. The role involves managing multiple concurrent training programs, executing training initiatives, and ensuring effective communication and coordination among stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the central project manager across multiple concurrent training programs and workstreams
- Lead end-to-end execution of training initiatives, including:
- Planning, organizing, and facilitating pre-session, live session, and post-session activities
- Managing logistics such as scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and materials readiness
- Supporting hands-on training delivery alongside program leaders and 'Senseis' (training facilitators who enable scaling across teams)
- Coordinate and run recurring team cadences, including weekly stand-ups (e.g., Monday morning syncs)
- Ensure all pre- and post-program activities are completed (surveys, notes, action tracking, follow-ups)
- Maintain and manage detailed project plans, trackers, and status updates
- Proactively identify risks, gaps, or inefficiencies and implement solutions
- Act as a key liaison across program leads, facilitators, and senior stakeholders (including VP-level participants)
- Support the development and continuous improvement of processes, tools, and workflows in a startup-mode environment
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project or program management
- Proven experience managing complex logistics and multiple parallel initiatives
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to operate independently and drive execution without heavy direction
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with collaboration tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Advanced Excel skills for tracking, reporting, and program management
- Experience supporting training, learning, or enablement programs
- Familiarity with Pharma and/or R&D environments
- Exposure to AI-related initiatives or interest in emerging technologies
- Experience working with or supporting senior executive stakeholders
- PMP certification is not required
