Responsibilities:
- Drive Market Expansion: Own the full sales lifecycle for Everpure Protect Service within Enterprise and Strategic accounts, translating complex technical value into high-impact financial proposals and realized revenue
- Scale High-Performing Teams: Lead, coach, and develop a team of inside sales representatives, ensuring rigorous pipeline hygiene, effective sales engagement, and professional growth through active participation in sales calls and strategic planning
- Architect GTM Strategy: Collaborate with Product and Sales leadership to refine the specialist sales motion, defining the playbooks for both Field and Inside Sales to ensure a repeatable, scalable path to market dominance
- Forge Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the primary feedback loop between customers and our Product Engineering and Marketing teams, ensuring our roadmap aligns with real-world cyber resilience requirements and competitive pressures
- Execute Strategic Growth Plans: Build and deliver comprehensive quarterly and annual plans that identify dependencies across regional leadership and partners, ensuring the team exceeds FY27 targets while setting the stage for FY28 expansion
Requirements:
- Proven ability to operate as both a 'player' and a 'coach,' with a track record of exceeding quotas as an individual contributor in complex software/SaaS environments and successfully leading sales teams through high-growth transitions
- Exceptional ability to innovate sales arguments, creating original content and value justifications that pivot from technical features to strategic business outcomes like operational gains and hard-dollar cost savings
- Deep understanding of complex infrastructure software and the SaaS sales cycle—specifically navigating Proof of Concepts (PoC)—with specialized knowledge in cyber resilience, disaster recovery, or data protection landscapes
- A disciplined approach to territory planning and forecast management, with the executive presence to communicate strategy and progress to C-suite stakeholders and cross-functional partners
