Senior Technical Sourcer

Hightouch is the modern AI platform for marketing and growth teams, seeking a Technical Sourcer to help identify and source candidates for engineering roles. This role will have high visibility and a significant impact as the company aims to double its engineering team within the next year.

Responsibilities:

• Works with hiring managers and recruiters to build a deep understanding of what we are looking for in a role and can map that accurately to potential candidates
• Is motivated and able to source a high volume of candidates when the role requires it
• Can utilize creative ideas to stand out and help with particularly difficult searches
• Has strong writing skills, and can craft messaging that engages candidates
• Is data informed and is well versed in the metrics underlying their work
