HR Business Partner Manager (HRBP)

California Correctional Health Care Services is seeking a passionate and strategic HR professional to join their team as an HR Business Partner (HRBP). In this role, you will collaborate with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to deliver HR solutions that support business goals
• Provide expertise in areas such as workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations
• Develop and execute talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
