Principal AI/ML Engineer (Remote)

Kforce Inc is seeking a Principal AI/ML Engineer for a remote role to join a growing digital innovation team focused on building client-facing applications and technology-driven solutions. This role involves designing, developing, and scaling AI-powered capabilities, integrating AI into applications, and driving end-to-end solution delivery from concept through deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing machine learning models
• Integrating AI into applications
• Driving end-to-end solution delivery from concept through deployment
• Help shape how AI is applied within products
• Contributing to a practical and value-driven approach to AI within the organization

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or advanced analytics
• Proven experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments
• Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and model design
• Hands-on experience developing and integrating AI capabilities into applications or products
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions
• Experience delivering end-to-end solutions, from concept through implementation
• Able to work EST/CST
• Experience building AI-enabled or client-facing digital products
• Background working in fast-paced or build-stage environments
• Experience collaborating across technical and business stakeholders
• Familiarity with data science tools and ecosystems (e.g., Python, R, visualization tools)
