Executive Sourcer

Figma is a company dedicated to making design accessible to all, and they are seeking an Executive Sourcer to build their senior leadership team. This strategic role involves identifying and engaging exceptional executive talent through in-depth market research and personalized outreach.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the executive recruiting team and hiring leaders to identify high caliber profiles for senior leadership roles across the entire Figma business (Director, VP, C-suite)
• Lead in-depth talent mapping and market research across industries, competitors, and adjacent spaces
• Translate research into actionable sourcing strategies and high-quality candidate pipelines
• Act as a brand steward, ensuring every touchpoint to both candidates and the business reflects Figma’s values, quality, and attention to craft
• Identify and engage passive executive talent with highly personalized, insight-driven outreach
• Track and synthesize talent data to inform hiring decisions and calibrate search strategies
• Continuously refine search approaches based on market signals and stakeholder feedback
