Senior AI Agent Engineer

Liberate builds AI agents to automate manual tasks for the $2.7T insurance industry. They are seeking an AI Agent Engineer to bridge the gap between their products and customers' technical needs, ensuring successful deployment and integration of AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and design tailored AI-driven solutions that meet their specific business needs
• Serve as the technical expert during the post-sales process, providing product demonstrations, technical presentations, and answering detailed customer inquiries
• Work closely with customers to assess their current systems and workflows, identifying integration points for our AI solutions
• Develop and deliver customized product configurations and prototypes to demonstrate the value and functionality of our solutions
• Assist in the implementation process by providing technical guidance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless integration with customer systems
• Act as a liaison between customers and the product development team, communicating customer feedback and helping to shape future product features
• Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and continued product success
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including integration guides, FAQs, and best practices
