Senior Product Manager

Global Technical Talent, an Inc. 5000 Company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to act as the product lead supporting major strategic enablement and growth initiatives. The role involves partnering with Product Managers and Product Owners to ensure coherent and complete planned changes across multiple domain areas, while also identifying opportunities for simplification and streamlining of work.

Responsibilities:

• Acting as product lead to support the delivery of major strategic enablement and growth initiatives
• Partner with Product Managers and Product Owners across multiple domain areas (Allocations, Planning, Inventory Management, Supply Chain) to ensure a coherent and complete set of planned changes to achieve the program goals and off-price business objectives
• Work in conjunction with a delivery lead to ensure there are no gaps in the overall solution or data flowing between the applications
• Ensure a coherent approach from a functionality, process and business change perspective
• Facilitate and oversee the coordination of a coherent set of functional changes
• Partner with the business to shape how the intended changes will land with their teams
• Actively research gaps in approach/process and help to define and drive accountability to address and resolve those gaps
• Identify opportunities to encourage simplification and streamlining of work, and help to socialize and land these outcomes with the business stakeholders

Requirements:

• 8 years of experience acting in a product manager role on complex cross-product and cross-platform delivery initiatives
• Experience in complex business change initiatives, in particular shaping workstreams from a business change centric perspective
• Experience with product management from an integration perspective
• Phenomenal relationship and influencing skills
• Experience in senior stakeholder engagement
• Experience using Jira and Confluence
• Agile experience
• Experience delivering large programs
• Techno-functionally oriented to act as the pivot between delivery and engineering within the sync team and across the program
• Able to perform data analysis on feeds of data
• Risk-centric thinker, able to pre-empt and avert derailers
• Experience with cloud applications
• Agile SAFe
