Act as a liaison between Disputes leadership and Finance teams to gather data, resolve issues and recommend solutions.
Perform reconciliation of variances between projected versus actual dispute-related financial performance.
Partner with Finance to create forecasts and plans for dispute volumes, resolution costs and operational impacts.
Monitor and report dispute performance against financial and operational plans; recommend remediation strategies for variances.
Understand dispute-related KPIs and their impact on short and long-term financial performance.
Develop and maintain cost models for dispute services, incorporating impacts into forecast and future plans.
Provide trend, ratio and sensitivity analysis on dispute performance and financial outcomes.
Create presentations and reports for SVPs and leadership, highlighting dispute performance, risks and opportunities.
Evaluate new initiatives in dispute handling (ex: automation, vendor partnerships) through financial modeling and ROI analysis.
Partner with project sponsors to assess post-implementation results of dispute-related initiates.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Five (5) years of experience in financial planning and forecasting and/or financial analysis including cost/pricing analysis or related experience required.
Knowledge of financial services preferred.
