Analyze operational and engineering processes and derive clear technical and business requirements
Create system specifications, API interface definitions, data models, and flow diagrams
Provide support across the entire lifecycle: analysis → refinement → testing → integration → deployment support
Participate in acceptance testing and operational approvals
Act as liaison between the business unit, operations, and engineering
Capture and refine user stories, features, and acceptance criteria, considering security, operations, and compliance
Conduct workshops, shadowing sessions, interviews, customer journey mapping, and usability analyses
Identify digitalization and optimization potentials
Facilitate alignment between operational experts, development teams, and the product organization
Support PI planning in a SAFe environment

Several years of experience as a Business Analyst in agile software projects (Scrum / SAFe)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, from customers to project leadership
Solid expertise in requirements engineering and process modeling (BPMN/UML)
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
Very good German language skills (C1) and solid English skills
