3-4 years of experience working in a Business or Applications Analyst role.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Advanced knowledge of financial management, enterprise resource planning, human resource management, or timekeeping/scheduling systems.
5+ years of experience working with Workday ERP, UKG Workforce Pro, or Strata (preferred).
Excellent communication skills, including experience leading cross-functional team meetings and presenting complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data-driven decision making.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to document processes and procedures.
Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
