Build a comprehensive strategy to attract, engage and activate target audiences for CXC visitations.
Deliver Electrification branding, messaging and value propositions as presented through the CXC offerings including general product and factory knowledge.
Maintain and manage on-line process for inviting, hosting, and tracking of a variety of customers, employees, executives, government officials, media and other CXC visitors.
Ensure subject matter experts are on site to support customer visit agenda topics including product experts, manufacturing personnel and customer account managers.
Host and coordinate day-of CXC and factory tours for guests.
Management and coordination of all meeting and event logistics encompassing activities such as scheduling, catering, transportation, accommodations, meeting space design, AV requirements, security approvals and additional administrative needs (e.g. gifts, name tags, photos, etc).
Drive awareness of the CXC offering and capabilities by creating various marketing elements including websites, videos, brochures, social media posts, newsletters, campaigns, virtual tours etc.
Oversight and maintenance of the CXC area and displays to ensure proper performance and manage updates, improvements and break/fix activities as needed.
Engage product, sales, and marketing teams internally to drive an on-going focus for continued investment for long-term success.
Project manager for the design and development of additional CXCs across ABB with an Electrification presence.
Manage the CXC budget to plan and demonstrate a positive ROI.
Key performance indicators (KPIs) are engagement metrics (visitors, net promoter score (NPS)and digital interactions) and conversion metrics (opportunities /wins, orders growth).
Communicate CXC schedule, KPIs and customer feedback to key leadership.
Requirements
5+ years of marketing and/or communications experience.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of digital marketing including marketing automation platforms and campaign design.
Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product management and the factory.
Confident, can-do attitude to positively present and represent the ABB brand and culture.
Firm commitment to the customer and an outstanding customer experience.
Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
