Role Overview
- Responsible for day-to-day client operations and implementation of policies
- Build relationships and organizational alignment with clients
- Communicate organizational values and ensure positive leadership
- Monitor bad debt and process improvements in key areas
- Act as a revenue cycle expert ensuring communication of changes
- Facilitate monthly client meetings to review revenue cycle operations performance
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of people leadership experience
- Advanced usage of AI and management of teams with AI
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Certification (CRCR or other approved job relevant certification)
- Ability to travel at least 75% of the time
