Prepare material estimates for proposal submittals
Understand customer requirements through RFPs and other requests
Collaborate and coordinate with proposal technical teams to develop material estimating strategy
Select appropriate pricing methods for items included in the proposal
Work on multiple priority proposals concurrently
Ensure compliance with Customer and FAR/DFAR Regulatory Requirements
Prepare Bill of Material pricing templates to support proposal-specific pricing models
Support risk and opportunity assessment, quantification, and analysis during proposal estimating process

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Accounting, Economics, Finance, Management, Marketing, etc.) or Business adjacent degree (Mathematics, Risk Management)
A minimum of 2 years of financial work experience.
Basic understanding of Government Compliance
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, chart generation, VBA macros, etc.)
