Support the International Publicity team on the facilitation of international press opportunities
Assist with organising and delivering press junkets, talent tours, screening events, festivals, photoshoots and press trips
Daily monitoring of content news and current trends in the industry
Helping collate and log international press coverage generated by the team for reporting
Researching, developing and implementing show communication plans
Collating meeting notes and distributing across the team after important calls
Maintaining internal databases and trackers such as the team calendar
Assistance with distribution of updates and assets to key international stakeholders
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for talent and senior team members as required
Carrying out other day-to-day admin tasks

Administrative skills and proficiency in Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Professionalism and the ability to use discretion around high profile individuals
Well organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload and use time effectively
Able to communicate with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous work / office experience beneficial
