Evaluate and develop training for all associates in Terumo Interventional Systems (TIS).
Develop, maintain, and execute product and clinical training curriculums.
Deliver approved clinical and product messaging via e-learning, self-study, computer-based training assessments, classroom, and virtual training.
Partner closely with sales, field clinical, marketing, and medical affairs.
Apply project management techniques to ensure project completion on-time and within budgets.
Design and develop clinical and product training for new hire training and various training sessions.
Assess organizational needs and align training strategies based on those needs.
Lead competency certification for clinical and product knowledge.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and materials.

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7+ years in a Training role required, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Experience managing sales training curriculums, sales training classes and sales training budgets within prescribed budgetary limits is required.
Experience in a medical device, biotech or pharmaceutical environment required.
Demonstrated success in a sales, sales leadership, commercial or sales training and development role is required.
Training certification a plus.
Prior people management is a plus.
Experience in adult learning principles and experience in developing sales curriculum in the pharmaceutical industry.
Excellent content development, communication, and facilitation skills as evidenced by high quality materials, communicating with different audiences, and learner satisfaction.
