About this role
Role Overview
Lead all day-to-day plant operations, including EHS, production, maintenance, quality, engineering, and logistics
Drive operational excellence in a high-volume manufacturing environment, ensuring throughput, efficiency, and consistency
Establish and maintain a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
Deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, quality, cost, delivery, and employee engagement
Develop and execute site-level strategies aligned with company objectives and growth plans
Optimize production processes, capacity planning, and resource allocation to meet customer demand
Champion continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) to increase efficiency and reduce waste
Ensure high standards of product quality and adherence to regulatory and customer requirements
Lead capital investment planning, equipment upgrades, and facility improvements
Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, engineering, finance, and corporate leadership
Drive accountability and performance through data-driven decision-making and robust reporting systems
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing
Proven success in managing high-volume production operations
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and operational best practices
Demonstrated experience driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
Experience managing large, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and capital planning
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
