Bachelor’s or equivalent experience
7 years progressively more responsible experience in workforce development, talent acquisition, and/or talent sourcing including program design
at least 6 years in project planning & intervention/solution development & deployment
Specific proven experience with project management, decision support & data analysis
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain successful community partnerships
