You support our patients throughout their entire journey – from the initial conversation, coordinating with clinics, to post-treatment follow-up
You combine consulting, sales and service to create a first-class customer experience and find the right solution for each patient.
Requirements
Native-level German proficiency
Ability to communicate effortlessly in English for internal purposes
Previous experience in sales or customer service – for example in hospitality, gastronomy, retail, a call center or a similar environment
Communication is your strength: you enjoy approaching people, love talking on the phone, and can express yourself clearly, persuasively and empathetically
You work in a structured, goal-oriented way and take responsibility for your results
Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus, but not required.
