Role Overview
- Develop and lead marketing strategies for the agency's clients;
- Plan and monitor paid media campaigns and demand generation activities;
- Analyze performance metrics and recommend continuous improvements;
- Design strategies for customer acquisition, conversion, and retention;
- Monitor campaign results in Meta Ads and Google Ads;
- Set priorities and provide direction to the operations team;
- Conduct strategic alignments with clients and internal teams;
- Identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities for accounts;
- Oversee CRM, sales funnels, and commercial processes;
- Develop data-driven action plans based on metrics and KPIs;
- Lead tests, optimizations, and Growth Marketing initiatives;
- Contribute to the development of internal processes and overall operations.
Requirements
- Experience in strategic digital marketing planning;
- Previous experience at a marketing agency;
- Experience leading teams;
- Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads;
- Experience working with local businesses;
- Knowledge of CRM and commercial processes (Kommo preferred);
- Analytical ability to make data-driven decisions;
- Strategic, organized, and results-oriented profile.
