Oversees operations within practices
Provides leadership and supervision around practice operations
Ensures patient access, financial performance, efficient operations, effective growth, colleague development, and optimal patient experience
Maintains compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines as well as LVHN policies and training
Communicates financial information and patient volume to relevant stakeholders
Supports budget development processes and monitors expenses
Monitors trends in patient experience and performs service recovery duties
Supports high quality patient-centered care and implements quality initiatives

Bachelor’s Degree
In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an associate's degree with previous physician practice management experience required
2 years of relevant experience
Experience in healthcare required
Supervisory experience directing other's work required
Ability to lead and coach staff while simultaneously functioning as member of a team
Ability to initiate, accept, and adapt to change
Excellent computer skills including electronic medical record (EMR) and Microsoft Office suite
Demonstrated strong leadership, communication skills, and mature emotional intelligence
Demonstrated financial skills including budget, budget variance analysis, and action plans
Demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders to achieve goals
Direct knowledge of practice management system or equivalent analytics software experience.
