Manager, Physician Engagement and Relationship Strategy

Role Overview

• Supports physician engagement, provider relationship development, and referral strategy across regional and national markets for Siteman Cancer Center
• Helps operationalize a modern physician engagement model integrating provider relationship management, CRM strategy, referral communication workflows, engagement analytics, provider segmentation, and operational coordination
• Leads administration and optimization of physician relationship management systems, provider intelligence, and engagement data
• Utilizes provider engagement analytics, referral trends, CRM insights, and market intelligence to identify opportunities for targeted engagement
• Develops and manages referral communication strategies and provider engagement workflows to improve referral transparency
• Partners closely with various operational teams to identify barriers affecting referral progression
• Collaborates across teams to align provider engagement initiatives with organizational growth priorities
• Monitors engagement performance through defined metrics and continuously refines engagement approaches

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education
• Relevant Experience (5 Years)
• No specific certification/professional license is required for this position
• Preferred Education: B.A.
