Helps operationalize a modern physician engagement model integrating provider relationship management, CRM strategy, referral communication workflows, engagement analytics, provider segmentation, and operational coordination
Leads administration and optimization of physician relationship management systems, provider intelligence, and engagement data
Utilizes provider engagement analytics, referral trends, CRM insights, and market intelligence to identify opportunities for targeted engagement
Develops and manages referral communication strategies and provider engagement workflows to improve referral transparency
Partners closely with various operational teams to identify barriers affecting referral progression
Collaborates across teams to align provider engagement initiatives with organizational growth priorities
Monitors engagement performance through defined metrics and continuously refines engagement approaches
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education
Relevant Experience (5 Years)
