Support cochlear implant professionals, hearing aid professionals and other hearing care professionals
Train ENT surgeons, audiologists and other professionals on the AB cochlear implant system, sound processors, fitting software, intra-operative measurements, accessories, apps and rehabilitation tools
Support clinics with processor fitting, troubleshooting and optimization when needed
Deliver on-site and online training sessions for healthcare professionals
Guide CI-candidates throughout their CI-journey
Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems and follow quality and compliance procedures
Represent Advanced Bionics within the cochlear implant and audiology community
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audiology or Medical Technology or a comparable (medical or technical) background
Fluent in Dutch with a good proficiency in English
Strong communication and presentation skills
A service-oriented and collaborative mindset
Comfortable working in a clinical and technology-driven environment
Willingness to travel regularly within the territory and internationally
Able to work independently while remaining closely connected to the team
Experience with audiology in general and cochlear implants specifically is a strong asset.
