Human Resources Officer

Role Overview

• Drive the recruitment process end-to-end.
• Seamlessly onboard new employees, ensuring they feel welcome and set up for success.
• Provide HR support and foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture at the manufacturing facility.
• Be the go-to HR contact for employee queries, offering guidance and support.
• Build strong relationships with operational, production, and support teams to understand workforce needs and support business outcomes.
• Maintain HR records to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Support learning & development initiatives to help employees grow and excel.
• Support the implementation of regional and global HR programs across ANZ & SEA.
• Assist with HR reporting, metrics and people insights.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Human Resources generalist role.
• Tertiary qualification in HR, Business or a related discipline preferred.
• Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
• Experience using HRIS and recruitment systems is highly desirable.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
• Experience working in a multinational organisation will be well regarded.
