You'll be responsible for developing new commercial opportunities throughout the UK while supporting and growing an established distributor network across EMEA.
Build relationships with health clubs, boutique studios, hotel groups, education providers and commercial fitness operators.
Manage and support distributor partners across the EMEA region.
Drive sales across equipment, education and digital solutions.
Identify new market opportunities and expand distribution into new territories.
Lead commercial tenders and major account opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing, education and product teams to maximise regional performance.
Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management and market intelligence.
Represent the business at industry events and trade exhibitions throughout Europe.
Requirements
A proven track record in B2B sales within the fitness, wellness, sports or equipment sectors.
Experience winning and developing major commercial accounts.
Strong distributor, dealer or partner management experience.
Experience working across international markets.
Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills.
A proactive, entrepreneurial approach with a genuine passion for growing a business.
Experience using CRM systems and managing a structured sales pipeline.
The flexibility to travel extensively throughout the UK and Europe.
