About this role
Role Overview
Independently acquire new customers through field sales and expand your regional customer portfolio
Build, maintain and continuously develop a robust sales pipeline
Analyze individual customer needs on-site and develop tailored logistics and transport solutions
Own the entire sales process — from initial contact and negotiations to successful contract closing
Document all sales activities in the CRM system in a structured manner
Perform cost calculations and prepare quotes
Communicate with sales teams from other branches
Draft and respond to tenders
Requirements
Completed vocational training or an equivalent qualification — ideally in forwarding, transport, or logistics
Experience in international road transport preferred
Initial professional experience in sales
Excellent communication skills in German and English
You are goal-oriented, have strong negotiation skills, are flexible and act with integrity, and possess a pronounced customer focus
Good knowledge of the MS Office suite
Experience with MS CRM is desirable
