Sales Support Manager

Role Overview

• Proactively support the sales team.
• Work closely with the Strategic Team within Professional Sales.
• Prepare customized quotations based on customer inquiries.
• Carry out accurate calculations and ensure compliance with relevant pricing and discount structures.
• Maintain master data and manage product listings in coordination with Product Management and Marketing.
• Produce informative reports and price lists, and provide image and POS materials.
• Prepare presentations for customer meetings and new listings, and perform general administrative sales support tasks.

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., apprenticeship, HAK (commercial high school), HLW) or equivalent.
• Professional experience in inside sales / sales support.
• Comfortable performing calculations and preparing quotes.
• Strong numeracy and confident use of MS Office (especially Excel).
• Ideally, experience with SAP and CRM systems.
• Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills, structured working style, team spirit, and a positive mindset.
