Establish and develop business partnerships between Key Accounts in the US and Black Rifle Coffee Company
Take a “hands-on” approach working with Key Account stakeholders
Assess, evaluate and gain insights on both BRCC and Key Account infrastructures
Investigate customer experience, negotiate resolutions, and keep Key Account stakeholders informed
Prepare monthly Key Account reports to Operations, Sales, etc.
Manage deduction and accounts receivable issues.

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
3+ years of demonstrated experience in key account and/or vendor relationship roles
Proven use of vendor management software
Strong conflict resolutions skills
Strong analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with ability to build strong working relationships
Detail oriented with strong follow-through and ability to prioritize while handling multiple tasks
Highly organized with focus on execution, problem solving, time management, and project management.
