Take ownership of the full sales cycle for strategic opportunities: advanced qualification, discovery, presentations, recommendations, negotiation and closing
Analyze web, digital marketing or AI-related challenges and challenge prospects with a structured consultative approach
Identify, when applicable, opportunities that may fall under Genia or La Fusée, and collaborate with the relevant teams to guide the prospect toward the best recommendation
Tailor recommendations to each prospect’s level of digital maturity and business context
Actively contribute to Digitad’s expansion through a proactive and structured approach
Execute targeted outbound actions to grow our French
and English-speaking markets (Canada / US)
Identify new business opportunities via LinkedIn, email, phone, events and professional network
Handle high-potential inbound qualified leads in collaboration with the team
Prepare and deliver compelling consultative presentations
Manage the creation of commercial proposals, with ad hoc support available if needed
Ensure proposals are coherent, relevant and aligned with the prospect’s needs
Rigorously track your pipeline in HubSpot and produce clear reporting

Requirements
Proven experience in B2B business development within services
Demonstrated proficiency in outbound prospecting (required)
Strong experience in consultative closing for complex mandates
Solid understanding of web and digital marketing topics (SEO, SEM, social advertising, acquisition, web strategies)
General curiosity about AI topics (AI expertise not required)
Proficiency with a CRM (HubSpot is an asset)
Professional working proficiency in English (able to conduct discovery conversations & negotiations)
