About this role
Role Overview
Manage the relocation services of clients’ assignees globally
Act as a strategic business partner of clients
Single point of coordination for assignees throughout their relocation process
Coordinate various services including household goods shipment, sourcing accommodation, etc.
Conduct full briefing calls on requirements and manage expectations
Oversee services internationally via global approved partners
Maintain accurate invoicing and reporting responsibilities
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of relocation services experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with data management
Consultative and pro-active approach
Effective time management and organisational skills
Ability to set and manage realistic expectations with all stakeholders
Pro-actively work with external partners
Demonstrate resilience in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
