Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or Other Related Degree
3 years related work experience
High School/GED AND 7 year(s) related work experience in lieu of Bachelors degree(s) AND 3 year(s) related work experience
6 years related work experience for Senior Manager
High School/GED AND 9 years related work experience in lieu of Bachelors degree(s) AND 6 year(s) related work experience
Masters degree in Master of Business Administration (MBA) (desired)
Professional Engineer and/or Project Management Professional (desired)
Experience preparing and managing contracts with 3rd parties (preferred)
Working knowledge of FERC and/or State interconnection procedures (preferred)
Electric utility experience working in transmission or distribution (preferred)
Good written and interpersonal communication skills (preferred)
Problem solving, project management and implementation skills (preferred)
