About this role
Role Overview
- Own the setup, management, and optimization of ad campaigns across multiple ad servers
- Shape the overall ad server strategy and raise the bar for the Ad Ops team
- Drive campaign performance and mentor junior team members
- Act as the go-to expert for complex technical and delivery challenges
- Maximize ad revenue and improve team efficiency through process improvements and automation
- Provide strategic input on yield, pricing, and inventory monetization
- Collaborate with Traffic, Account, Data Analytics, and Product teams
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Ad Operations, Traffic Management, or a similar role
- Experience mentoring or leading team members
- In-depth proficiency with Google Ad Manager and other ad servers
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet software
- Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies
