3+ years of experience in customer training, instructional design, or technical education.**
Experience delivering training in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.**
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.**
Strong technical aptitude and the ability to translate complex topics into simple concepts.**
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and training tools.**
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.**
Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person training sessions.
