Craft the right narrative for existing and potential customers through specific customer use cases, strategic market intelligence, and compelling product demonstrations
Build compelling product demonstrations and data workflows from scratch
Build strong relationships with external stakeholders across the executive, operational, and technical spectrum
Address the customer’s unique technical challenges during the sales phase
Collaborate with business development teams as well as customers to gather requirements and lead technical discussions
Requirements
5-7+ years experience in enterprise software/SaaS software or technical consulting
Technical or engineering background, preferably in computer science, data science, or other quantitative fields
Excellent communication skills across executive, technical, and non-technical audiences, preferably with experience in public safety, emergency management, and/or national security environments
Significant experience working with clients in a pre-sales capacity to lead introductory discussions, technical discussions, demonstrations, scoping, pricing, and contracting dialogues
Experience working in a cross-functional project capacity across product design, software engineering, customer success, sales and marketing teams
Willingness to dive into new analytical and technical challenges with a customer-centric, workflow, and impact-focused mindset
Comfortable and willing to travel 40-50% of the time
Location Requirement: This role is based in Canada. Candidates must be located near a major airport or metropolitan area to support frequent customer travel
