Role Overview
- Identify and prioritize the most critical school systems and processes to document
- Organize existing resources into clear, accessible formats
- Draft and refine documentation that reflects real practice
- Collaborate with in-country staff to ensure practicality and cultural appropriateness
- Support continuous improvement by updating documents based on feedback
- Travel to South Asia annually for collaboration
Requirements
- Mature Christian faith and agreement with LJI’s Global Value to “Abide in Christ”
- Experience in education, instructional coaching, school leadership, operations, documentation, or systems work
- Strong written communication skills
- Strong proficiency with Google Suite (Docs/Drive)
- Cross-cultural sensitivity
