Strong executive presence with experience advising and influencing senior leaders
Proven ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and drive outcomes
Exceptional communication skills, with experience developing executive-level materials
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate insights into action
Experience working in a highly matrixed organization and driving alignment across functions
