Oversee delivery and ensure proper project execution (quality, timelines, commitments, profitability)
Manage teams: performance tracking, annual reviews, skills development and training plans
Optimize staffing and resource planning in line with business and market needs
Contribute to client account development (account growth, pre-sales support, assistance to sales teams)
Ensure monitoring of contractual commitments: service delivery management, steering committees, invoicing
Produce management reporting and monitor the performance of your LBU
Act as the key interface for sourcing (recruitment, internal mobility, subcontracting) in coordination with Workforce Management.

At least 5 years' experience in team management and operational leadership in an IT/services environment
Master's degree (engineering school, business school or equivalent)
Strong command of delivery management (quality, margin, client commitment)
Experience in team management and staff development
Interest in business development and client relationship management
Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive operations
Leadership and ability to unite teams
Strong organizational skills and result orientation
