Lead delivery and ensure the successful execution of projects (quality, timelines, commitments, profitability)
Manage teams: performance monitoring, annual reviews, skills development and training plans
Optimize staffing and workload planning in line with business and market needs
Contribute to the development of client accounts (account expansion, pre-sales, support for sales teams)
Ensure monitoring of contractual commitments: service delivery oversight, steering committees, invoicing
Produce management reporting and track the performance of your LBU
Act as the primary interface for sourcing (recruitment, internal mobility, subcontracting) in coordination with Workforce Management.

Minimum 5 years' experience managing teams and overseeing operations in an IT/services environment
Master's degree (engineering, business school or equivalent)
Strong command of delivery management (quality, margin, client commitments)
Experience in team management and employee development

Ability to analyze performance metrics and manage operations
