About this role
Role Overview
- Provide friendly, onsite support to patients and hospital staff.
- Help answer questions and resolve basic issues with in-room and other patient entertainment equipment.
- Show patients how to use the TV system and its features.
- Work with team members to solve problems when needed.
- Replace small equipment, such as TVs, pillow speakers, and phones, when necessary.
- Perform all other duties required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Friendly and professional customer service skills.
- Effective communicator.
- Comfortable using a computer for basic tasks.
- Ability to work onsite at hospitals daily and travel between each location as needed.
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs. and climb a 6-foot ladder.
- Must meet hospital requirements for immunizations and screenings; this includes COVID-19 vaccination and Flu vaccination.
