Role Overview
- Leads the sales, renewal, and service operations for the assigned region
- Provides strategic leadership to a high-performing team
- Develops, implements, and manages marketing strategies for assigned region
- Monitors marketplace to identify trends in sales, competitors or product design
- Develops and maintains excellent relationships with business partners, vendors, potential business partners, groups, agents, and brokers.
Requirements
- Bachelors in a job-related field
- 8 years insurance sales and marketing management experience
- In-depth knowledge of group health insurance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Department of Insurance Licensure must be obtained within 60 days of hire in state employed.
