About this role
Role Overview
Execute web, email and social media campaigns tied to BGA Technology's thought leadership products, including the Indo-Pacific Forecast and the State of AI Policy report.
Manage the Technology team's social media calendar, coordinating cadence across reports and avoiding oversaturation.
Produce and format content for LinkedIn, Pardot and the BGA website, including graphics built in Canva and short-form copy aligned with team voice and positioning.
Track Pardot engagement data, identify warm leads among readers and surface follow-up opportunities to the Tech BD team.
Build and maintain BGA's marketing target lists, including priority accounts, renewal-cycle prospects and event-driven outreach lists.
Build and maintain a growth dashboard tracking pipeline by source, content engagement, earned mentions and conversion outcomes.
Map industry associations in Washington, DC relevant to BGA's technology clients and prospects; track membership opportunities, events and decision-maker attendance.
Support Salesforce hygiene, including contact updates, lead scoring inputs and segmentation tied to Pardot data.
Draft read-aheads and briefing materials for senior BGA leadership ahead of DC-based client, prospect and association engagements.
Provide ad hoc administrative and BD research support to the DC-based Senior Director, Technology.
Requirements
Pursuing or holding a degree in international affairs, communications, marketing, public policy or a related field; candidates combining international affairs coursework with marketing experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated interest in technology policy, the Indo-Pacific region and/or B2B professional services marketing.
Hands-on experience producing content in Canva or comparable design tools; familiarity with LinkedIn campaign management.
Working knowledge of marketing analytics concepts; experience with Pardot, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar platforms is a strong plus.
Demonstrated experience using AI tools for content creation and analytics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to translate technical policy content into clear, audience-appropriate copy.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and comfortable owning recurring execution tasks with limited supervision.
Authorization to work in the United States required.
