Partner with the VP of Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and refine enterprise and business unit positioning
Develop messaging frameworks, value propositions, and audience narratives aligned to business priorities
Ensure consistency and alignment across brand messaging and customer-facing communications
Translate complex business concepts into clear, compelling, audience-centered messaging
Synthesize existing qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable audience personas and segmentation frameworks
Translate customer, market, and sales insights into implications for messaging and marketing narratives
Build persona frameworks to support marketing strategy, messaging, and integrated activation
Collaborate with external agencies and partners as needed
Support development of scalable messaging frameworks, campaign processes, and brand standards
Requirements
5+ years of experience in brand strategy or marketing
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
Experience in healthcare or technology sectors is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in project management and marketing tools
