Collaborate with Operations, Workforce Planning, IT, and Finance
Build a strong sales-driven culture
Analyze sales performance, forecasts, market conditions, and territory opportunities
Develop the organization through strategic hiring and professional development
Participate in high-level strategy meetings

Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
10+ years of proven experience in a sales leadership role
5+ years of management experience
Deep understanding of sales methodologies and processes
Demonstrated ability to build dynamic sales-driven cultures and drive employee development
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to evaluate issues, provide solutions, and communicate effectively to executives
Willingness to travel (30-50% of the time)
