Coordinate and prioritize field interventions in Regional EMEA team.
Manage and track the logistics around these interventions.
Ensure the interface between clients, Installation and After-Sales Automation and Clinical IT team of Beckman Coulter EMEA.
Requirements
A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or customer service role, preferably in the medical diagnostics or healthcare industry.
Fluent in English and at least one of the big EMEA languages (Spanish, Italian, German or French). Additional EMEA languages are advantageous.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and geographies.
Proficiency in the use of dispatch software and tools (Service max, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team, in a fast-paced environment.
