Role Overview
- Take full ownership of your area in client projects for large enterprises
- Full-stack development in enterprise environments
- Help shape the architecture, not only implement it
- Generate, review, and refactor code using Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentoring within the team
- Coordinate with Product Owners, UX, and DevOps
Requirements
- Senior level
- Demonstrable project experience in the context of Deutsche Bahn or DB Systel
- Several years of development experience within the DB environment
- Knowledge of rail-specific domains such as timetable management, sales/ticketing, or signalling and control systems
- Tech stack: Frontend: React or Angular, TypeScript
- Backend: Java/Spring Boot, .NET, Kotlin, or Python
- Cloud: AWS or Azure
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar
- CI/CD, Docker, Git
- Kubernetes, Terraform, Microservices
