Requirements
8+ years as an HR Business Partner (or in talent management / organizational development), including senior-level partnership with leaders
Deep experience supporting technical organizations (Engineering, Product, Research) and a real understanding of how technical talent works
Demonstrated ability to build HR infrastructure, not just operate it
playbooks, frameworks, calibration processes, or practices you've created that others now rely on
Strong track record across org design, talent management, and performance, from workforce planning to calibration and succession
Proven ability to earn senior leaders' trust and influence through judgment and data
Experience influencing at an organizational level beyond your direct client group, with a track record of leaders seeking you out rather than responding when asked
Comfort operating with high ownership in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments
