Contribute to the development of content strategies, for both always-on initiatives and campaign-driven content where content is front and center;
Act as the guardian of editorial guidelines, our clients’ voice, and the quality of final content;
Plan editorial calendars in line with established strategies;
Imagine, design and execute content projects, whether social (e.g., content series) or editorial (e.g., podcasts, interviews, articles, thought leadership) as needed;
Collaborate with content creators, art directors, journalists, videographers, producers, 360 creative teams and members of our strategic business team;
Draft presentation materials and pitch ideas to clients persuasively;
Adjust content based on performance to improve results;
Monitor trends and innovations to ensure relevance and creativity.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in content, in media and/or an agency environment.
Strong knowledge of content production (video series, social media, podcasts, articles, etc.) and the ability to own and execute projects from A to Z.
Generalist able to understand complex subjects and translate them into engaging content for a variety of audiences.
A nuanced understanding of TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube conventions and codes.
Comfortable adapting concepts to the project’s intent: serious, humorous, or somewhere in between, while keeping client objectives front of mind.
Skilled at research, spotting topics, trends and interesting personalities, and conducting interviews.
Ability to write in varied styles (from video series scripts to thought leadership and standard Instagram posts), in French and English (an asset).
Experience with Google Suite and Adobe Suite.
Experience with and critical perspective on AI tools in a content production context.
Well-channeled creativity: able to brainstorm intensively in the morning and deliver a polished concept in the afternoon.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to defend your ideas, structure them clearly in a deck and adapt to feedback.
Passion for trends, pop culture and new formats, with a sharp visual sense.
