About this role
Role Overview
As an SDR, you are responsible for acquiring and sourcing new customers.
You proactively search for new customers for SD Worx products and solutions in Germany.
This is done through active outreach via social media, cold calling, telesales and email campaigns.
You will engage with a variety of decision-makers.
You report directly to the Sales Manager for the division and will also act as a liaison between Marketing and Sales in this role.
In addition, you will work closely with the respective sales team to effectively generate leads and convert them into opportunities.
You lead prospecting activities for a specific territory and are responsible for creating quarterly plans to meet quotas.
Furthermore, as an SDR you prepare regular, accurate forecasts and update the status of prospective customers using Salesforce.
Requirements
Experience structuring cold outreach, managing calls and pitching.
Experience using social selling tools such as Google and LinkedIn.
Creative and confident communication skills and openness to feedback and development.
Strong ability to identify and qualify opportunities, handle objections, and manage your time.
Ability to work in an energetic, fast-paced sales team.
A positive and energetic presence on the phone.
Fluent in German and English.
