About this role

Qualify inbound leads generated by Growth team and B2B marketing efforts in DACH region
Be the first point of contact for German-speaking clients
Understand client needs, introduce solutions, demonstrate value, and help close deals
Handle new leads from marketing: reach out, qualify, convert them into opportunities for Sales team
Track all inbound requests and ensure timely follow-up
Follow lead-processing workflows and record relevant information in CRM (Salesforce)

Some sales or customer-facing experience (internship counts)
Interest in tech and SaaS
Native German level and fluent in English is mandatory
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to adapt speech to different situations, respond to objections, engage, and persuade
Rigorous, resilient, and self-improving in a fast-moving environment
Experience with a CRM tool (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
